History

Established in 1955 as Anglo-Swiss Trading Company by Mr Werner Ernst Huber, it pioneered as a leading Hotel Supplies and Chilli Brand Plaster Organisation in South East Asia. The Company’s name was subsequently changed to Astrabon (S) Pte Ltd in 1994.

The Founder and Group Chairman, Mr Werner Ernst Huber is a Swiss national that has lived in South East Asia for over 60 years. He has come a long way with Astrabon to achieve his dream of providing the very best remedy to back pains, aches, and other rheumatic problems with the Chilli Plaster. Astrabon continues to market this product at competitive prices, backed by reliable after-sales service and support.

Today, Astrabon aims to provide the very best in over-the-counter pharmaceutical and personal care products under the umbrella of our Astrapharm and Astracare brand names.
